Privacy
AgencyFlow describes how a real operations platform would handle data: collecting only what is needed to run your workspace, never selling personal data, and supporting access, correction, and deletion requests. As a concept site, this build does not operate a backend and does not retain anything entered into its forms.
Terms of use
This website demonstrates enterprise SaaS, dashboard, internal tool, and workflow design. Product features, plans, customer scenarios, metrics, and data shown are illustrative. Nothing here constitutes a binding offer, contract, or service-level commitment.
Data processing
A production version of AgencyFlow would act as a data processor for the client information you store, governed by a Data Processing Agreement that covers sub-processors, security measures, breach notification, and international transfer mechanisms. A DPA would be available to customers on request.
Acceptable use
AgencyFlow is intended for legitimate agency operations: managing clients, projects, approvals, files, and billing. Using a platform like this to store unlawful content, infringe rights, or circumvent security controls would fall outside acceptable use.
Security
Security practices, including role-based access control, SSO and SAML, SCIM provisioning, enforced MFA, audit logging, and encryption in transit and at rest, illustrate how a mature operations platform would be designed. See the Security page for detail. They are presented as design intent, not an active production service.

Integration and tool names referenced on this site are the property of their respective owners and are used only to illustrate the kinds of integrations an operations platform would offer. A production service would publish a current list of subprocessors.
